booking form 2023
To make a booking:
Blank booking forms may be downloaded from the two links provided at the bottom of the page.
- The form in word format enables you to complete the form by typing the information directly onto the form. The completed form can then be sent as an attachment to an email addressed to ‘info@clansutherland.org.uk’.
- [The form in pdf format is provided for those who use a different version of word which does not recognise the formatting of the booking form correctly. With the pdf format it is necessary to print the form and then to complete in handwriting. It can then be scanned and sent as an attachment to an email message as above, or can be posted in an envelope to: Mark Sutherland-Fisher, North Cadboll House, North Cadboll, Fearn by Tain, Ross-shire, IV20 1TN, Scotland.]
If you post a booking form to Mark Sutherland-Fisher, please also inform him by email ('info@clansutherland.org.uk') so that he knows to expect an envelope from you.
It would be helpful if you can do this as soon as you know you will be attending the Gathering, and in any case in order to arrive before Monday 5 June at the latest.
To make a payment:
- You may pay at registration on the afternoon of Thursday June 9 either by cash (£sterling) or by cheque (£sterling). We will be unable to accept payments in other currencies, by PayPal or by credit card. In this way we avoid having to pay transaction charges.
- Alternatively you may pay in advance by bank transfer by requesting our bank details from ‘info@clansutherland.org.uk’. Please ensure that the transfer will arrive in our bank in £sterling (to avoid our having to pay bank charges).
- If you have a £sterling bank account, you may pay in advance by £sterling cheque by posting to Mark Sutherland-Fisher, North Cadboll House, North Cadboll, Fearn by Tain, Ross-shire, IV20 1TN, Scotland,.
If you post a cheque to Mark Sutherland-Fisher, or if you make a bank transfer, please also inform Mark by email ('info@clansutherland.org.uk') so that he knows to expect an envelope or a bank transaction from you.
